AGENCY
REPRESENTATION FOR DIAK TECHNICAL EXPORT LTD
DIAK actively
seeks to increase it's agency representation and invites contact
from interested parties who believe that their expertise is
well suited to ours. If you or your firm wish to discuss this,
may we ask you to study each of the attached pages detailing
the type of work done by DIAK. We have very strong expertise
in these areas and wish to expand our market opportunities
in the same industries.

You should carefully consider the following:
|
|
| |
- Are
you familiar with and known in particular industries
in your country?
- DIAK
work is best suited to developing countries.
- Do
you have the time and facilities to publicise the
DIAK expertise?
- If
you are unable to secure orders above $200,000 each
year, you may find that your commission is not adequate
to justify the work.
- DIAK
does not pay advance commissions, so your initial
work will not be funded until you secure the first
orders.
- DIAK
will not continue the appointment of an agent if the
agent requests advance commissions.

In our
experience, the best background for a DIAK agent is someone
who already represents major industrial manufacturers- electrical,
mechanical, heavy transport etc.
Because DIAK is not a manufacturer in the same sense, and
because we solve engineering problems, we do not compete with
the major manufacturers but usually cooperate with them. An
agent in this area will enjoy good contacts with the type
of clients who would also be good potential DIAK clients,
and yet our work would not create any conflict of interests
for the agent.
If this
work is attractive to you, kindly make contact with the Managing
Director of DIAK, by mail, fax or e-mail on:
